How quickly will TerraAny reply?
Enquiries are monitored 7×24. Qualified enquiries with sufficient information are normally replied to within 12 hours.
Which trade terms are available?
EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF may be reviewed depending on the order and destination. Final trade terms are confirmed in the written quotation.
Does the quotation include international freight?
Freight is included only when the selected trade term and written quotation specifically include it.
Can TerraAny provide CE, EPA, TUV or SGS documentation?
Related documentation support may be available depending on the selected machine, engine, configuration and destination. Availability must be confirmed before order placement.
